Hello ladies!  I am not playing the game but did print out the food chart to try to follow.  What are you all eating for meat for breakfast?  I don't see anything listed and I am an egg and meat breakfast kind of gal.

  1. You can have turkey bacon for breakfast. You can make an omelet - just note your portions from each category, especially since egg white is a protein and you are adding another source of protein with it (meat).

    Omelet
    Carb: Wheat Toast (dry)
    Protein: Egg White and 3 oz steak, turkey bacon or ground beef/turkey
    Vegetable: Green onions, onions, red bell peppers
    Fat: Egg yolk

    Or make a breakfast burrito, swap the wheat toast for a whole wheat tortilla. Hope this is helpful.
