The Plan REALLY works!

Ok so far my counters are cleaner, I feel a lot better, and in just two whole days I am noticing a difference? That is CRAZY .... so after obsessively pacing I weighed myself today. I couldn't NOT know ... so now there is no way I will get a perfect score today (sorry Meltaways), but I was on the verge of actual insanity! After 2.5 days (I was basically on the diet on Tuesday with exception of a little extra chocolate Tuesday night) I lost almost 2 lbs.

The good news is nobody else needs to weigh themselves and loose points. If you are scoring perfect scores (or even just near perfect) this plan will work! I have a lot to loose so you might not have lost 1.8 lbs already, but I bet $ you are not far off from that!

Keep up the good work everyone!

PS: team Flabulously Fit! if you really really want to maybe you should, the results might be different for your team??

    Sorry you could not stand waiting for the weight in. But that is great that you lost 1.8 lbs! Good for you!!!

    Oooops! I think you can also deduct 20 points for Collusion: trying to suggest that team Flabulously Fit! weighs themselves. Team don't listen, stay strong we can weigh in on Wednesday and be pleasantly surprised at our loses!

  6. I am with you, it has been very hard not to weigh myself everyday. I am excited to lose weight but then tell myself that it is water weight ;( All the same, I can tell that I am feeling better. Not so tired. Maybe the sunshine is helping that :)
    I was getting BIG headaches. I was allowing myself only 1 cup of coffee at home per day. Thus, I think, the headaches. Today is a little better. I am struggling with working and getting all my meals in. I feel like I am doing good eating 3-4 meals a day. Typically I could go all day eating only one meal. Not healthy, I know, i know, I know.
    Hope this gets easier for all of us ; )

  8. I am using my WILLPOWER. I am not getting on that scale for the life of me, LOL. I question the trying to be nice to me, I think it was trick, trying to get me to step on the scale early, so we could both lose points. I think you thought that if I saw your weight loss, I would want to go check mine. I'm watching you. LOL Watch out Melissa. hahaha ;)

    It's all good! Hey, you going to run this Sunday AM? And are we trying to meet up with everyone for our weekly meeting or is that just each team needs to try to meet???

  9. I was so close to jumping on the scale today when I was at the gym, but I avoided the temptation. I'm a little bloated today so it's best I didn't anyway. Great job on your weight loss Melissa! Sunday I will not be able to make it. I hope that doesn't lose me points. I need to get caught up on studying for my test next week. And then finals in 2 weeks! All this extra gym time has me a little behind (no pun intended:)

  10. Question for you. Is there a way to be notified when comments are posted? I don't get notified here or on myfitness pal. I also can't seem to get my pic to load. It just says loading & never does anything when I select my pic.

  12. K. I just got my point back. Upon further reading and consultation with a Game On! veteran you CAN weigh yourself once a day ... additional weigh ins will cost you.

    I am taking my cheat day today so I think I will avoid a scale Sunday morning!!
